Jenny McCarthy Renewed. WHAT!?

The most ridiculous, loud and pointless show - The Jenny McCarthy Show has been picked up for some strange reason.  It's noise instead of content, you have no idea what's going on, but it's going on for seven more episodes. Michelle Buteau is the best part of the whole thing. Michelle is a great stand up comedian that they made into a Robin Quivers/news woman. Michelle will give an entertainment new headline and then make a quick joke. Then McCarthy and her guest are supposed to comment on it. But McCarthy is so scared of dead air that she blurts something out and throws it back to Michelle for the next story.

McCarthy does this thing, where they come back from commercial, she's lying on her back with the guest eating a lollipop asking creepy questions. At the end of the segment they pull back to reveal they were lying on the shag rug in the middle of the set.

McCarthy needs to trust herself and slow the fuck down.My message to Jenny,  "Let the show be, no need to scream. You're funny, relax, enjoy yourself."

Watch for yourself.

Leno Calls NBC Execs "Snake"

Leno is obviously pissed at the publicity that NBC will replace him with Fallon. This news should not be a shock to a guy who was replaced by the 12:35 guy just a few years ago. NBC needs to check their short term memory. Moving Leno out of 11:35 did not work. The ratings are not going to up if Leno leaves. Even though Fallon is a better fit for "The Tonight Show" than Conan was, it's still a new show. It is still something for people to get used to. Look at Kimmel. His ratings were fine at midnight, but didn't improve the 11:35 slot when he took over for "Nightline." In fact the numbers went down around 25% in the February sweeps from a year earlier when the news magazine was there. Obviously, Kimmel didn't improve the post local news spot, but ABC is banking their jobs and 401K that he eventually will. What's the over under that "Nightline" will be back by Fall?
